“If I have Scred, then I need my bank less.”

Just bumped into a wonderful quote by Thomas Barker, when describing the democratisation provided by technology. The full paragraph goes:
The unique promise of ubiquitous telecoms [TXTs, email, web, mobile phone, etc] is allowing a mass of hard small-to-small messages to substitute for a few big-to-small ones. If I have Scred, then I need my bank less. If I can vote, then I don’t need a King.
